'We've Got Your Back' Packs
Our thoughtful back packs are provided to hospitals and oncology units for children who have been newly diagnosed with cancer.
We received the Lennox Back Pack and it was amazing! So very thoughtful for my child, as well as us parents. The backpack comes everywhere with us, especially the blanket.
Carefully considered in every way
- When a child is rushed to the hospital, parents have little time to gather essential supplies. Our backpacks saves families money, time, and worry at what is already such a traumatic event.
- Our packs contains everything for the child and parent's first few days at their Principal Treatment Centre, plus information about our emotional, financial and practical support, as well as our free Respite Breaks.
- The packs and contents were thoughtfully designed with input from children who had recently been diagnosed with cancer, or those who had just completed their treatment, as well as their parents and carers.
The ultimate goal
We want our ‘We've Got Your Back’ packs to be provided for every childhood cancer diagnosis, that's 150 children a month across the UK. We’re currently seeking sponsorships to roll out the backpacks regionally and donations to fund the contents and cover our distribution costs.

In 2021, The Essex Freemasons have kindly provided £23,000 in grant funding to ensure that our “We‘ve Got Your Back” Packs could be provided to children across Essex for two years.
The entire Lennox Children’s Cancer Fund team, and all the families who received these thoughtful care packages, cannot thank the Provincial Grand Lodge of Essex enough for their generosity and support!
The Lennox Children’s Cancer Fund are doing some wonderful work and I am delighted that between us we will making lives easier for hundreds of local youngsters faced with fighting this dreadful disease.
