About Us
For more than 30 years we’ve been there to support families through the emotional and financial effects of childhood cancer
When Lennox was founded in 1992, our mission was to relieve the pain and suffering of children diagnosed with cancer. Over the years, we have expanded this mission to support not only the children but also their entire families, from the moment of diagnosis, through treatment, and beyond.

At the heart of our mission is a dedicated group of individuals who are passionate about making a difference. Our family support team are always on hand to provide a listening ear or discuss the wide range of services we have available. While our fundraisers are busy organising impactful community events, campaigns and challenges to securing the vital funding that keeps our projects thriving.
How we help
We are here to help children and their families through childhood cancer with our six pillars of support. Find out how we can help and support your family below.
Childhood cancer places a financial strain on every family. We could provide a grant to help ease hardship.
Dealing with childhood cancer can be mentally exhausting. Our team are here to provide emotional support.
Time away can be vital for families to relax, recharge and reconnect, whilst making precious memories.
We help families understand their child’s treatment plan and support with benefit applications when needed.
Our School Support Programme and AV1 Robots keep children connected to their education and friends.
Our community groups and events help to reduce loneliness for children, young people, siblings and parents.
Pipers’s family story
After Piper’s parents found a 4cm mass on her head, Piper was diagnosed with cancer. Her father had to take a lot of time off work, and Piper’s mother had to give up work entirely. We provided the family with a £250 Care and Crisis Grant.
