A Welcome Boost from Haslers Foundation
Thank you to The Haslers Foundation for making a very generous donation to support our vital, and much-loved, Respite Break Project.
We are honoured to have received a grant from The Haslers Foundation which will be used to give five families affected by childhood cancer a fully funded holiday, giving them a chance to step away from the daily pressures of treatment and spend quality time together in a peaceful and relaxing environment.
For families navigating the challenges of childhood cancer, some time away can be more than just a break, it can be a lifeline. Our Respite Breaks offer families the chance to relax, reconnect, and make cherished memories, all without the financial burden, or risk of cancellation.
Each break includes accommodation, bills, cleaning and a £200 spending money grant, ensuring families can truly unwind. These holidays are designed to bring comfort and joy during incredibly tough times.
This grant from the Haslers Foundation will have a direct impact on our local community, as many of the families we support are local to them. This project aligns perfectly with the Foundation’s mission to improve health and well-being and support young people facing adversity.

“We are proud to do more than just provide specialist cover for the haulage and logistics sector. We are committed to supporting the people and the communities behind the industry. We are honoured to be part of a truly meaningful project that touched all of our hearts.” said Jamie Turvey, RHA Insurance Services Senior Client Executive.
Liam Chatfield, RHAIS Development Manager, added “By designing this trailer curtain, we’re creating a moving billboard to show our support for Lennox Children’s Cancer Fund. Avery, her brother Jax and parents, Taylor and Elliott are truly inspirational, so to see their reaction at the reveal was very emotional.”
Frankie Stonebrook, FRS Haulage MD, said: “We are proud to put our new trailer to work for this important cause in collaboration with RHAIS and Lennox. Sharing Avery’s smile brightens our days and hopefully a few others’ too whilst raising awareness for the charity.”
