Dream Makers is a charity that grants the wishes and dreams of hundreds of sick children who suffer many different types of illnesses or disabilities.
It has provided dream holidays, therapy, equipment or support with education needs.
The charity owns two fully accessible mobile homes in Devon so they can offer respite holidays.
