Epping Forest Walk

Step into nature, lift your spirits, and help children with cancer this winter

Join us for our Beat the Blues walk, a 10km walk (or run!) through the beautiful Epping Forest, on the border of East London and Essex. It’s the perfect way to shake off the winter blues, enjoy some fresh air, and do something amazing for a good cause. During a short half way stop at The King’s Oak in High Beach, you’ll be able to get a hand-warming hot chocolate and chat with Lennox staff.

Whether you take it on solo, with friends, family, or your four-legged companion, this is your chance to get outside, move your body, and make a real difference. Every step you take helps children and families facing childhood cancer.

Why join us?

  1. Enjoy a scenic walk through one of the UK’s most historic ancient woodlands

  2. Stop halfway for a friendly meet and greet with Lennox staff and other walkers.

  3. Give your mental and physical health a boost after the winter months

  4. Meet new people and be part of something positive

  5. Raise vital funds for children living with cancer

So grab your walking boots, pop your headphones in, bring your dog or your besties, and get ready to Beat the Blues, one step at a time.

Your fundraising will make a real difference to children with cancer and their families. Every pound could help us provide the emotional support, financial assistance, and respite that families need most.

So, let’s get outside, shake off the winter blues, and make a difference for families who need it most.

Together we can Beat the Blues, one step, one smile, and one act of kindness at a time
